O’Fallon seeking volunteers for annual “King Day of Service” Although City Hall will be closed for business in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday, January 21, volunteers of all ages are invited to register in advance to participate in community service projects from 9 a.m. – noon. Volunteers will make tissue paper and origami flowers and decorate cards that will be distributed to residents at local care facilities on Random Acts of Kindness Day, Feb. 14.
