O'Fallon Seeks Volunteers for Mission Clean Streams

Learn about three ways to volunteer in the next few months.

O’Fallon is encouraging families, individuals, and organizations to participate in Mission Clean Streams April 6 from 9 a.m. to noon. Volunteers will help clean up litter and debris from local creeks before it has a chance to move downstream. Volunteers will also install anti-pollution markers to stormwater drains and distribute educational fliers. Pre-registration is required by April 1, tshirts will be provided to volunteers on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up here. BJC Hospice Program in St. Charles County needs volunteers to help patients and their families while in hospice. There are a number of volunteer opportunities including serving as a caregiver relief or patient visitor, a nursing home visitor, a hospital patient …

Seven Ways To Volunteer With Friends and Family

April 14 Mission Clean Stream in Cottleville, Dardenne Prairie, Lake St. Louis, O’Fallon and Wentzville Greenway Network and Missouri River Relief will partner to remove trash from local streams and lakes. Mission: Clean Stream started as a joint effort to pick up some litter from publicly accessible creek areas. Register early and plan to wear sturdy shoes and bring gloves.
