O'Fallon's landmark restaurant, Noll's, has closed its doors. Although the restaurant is closed, Noll's famous pizza will live on. As we reported on Feb. 8, the O'Fallon Planning and Zoning Commission has approved a conditional use permit for 468-470 Hwy. P, where a new incarnation of Hobo's will be featuring Noll's pizza.
