Local moms and dads discuss parenting issues in this weekly Q&A.
School is out for the summer, and that means plenty of quality time at home with your kids for the next few months--whether you like it or not. This week, we're asking parents how they keep their kids busy in the summertime. Do you plan vacations, send them to camp or make daily trips to the pool? After a few weeks, when the summer boredom blues sink in, how do you keep your cool and keep them occupied? Share your thoughts and weigh in on the conversation in the comments section below. If you have another topic you would like to see discussed, send it to jordan.lanham@patch.com.
