O'Fallon Man Repeatedly Called Woman, Violating Protection Order, Police Say

St. Charles Police said the woman's ex-boyfriend repeatedly called her at work and has violated a restraining order several times.

An O’Fallon man is charged with continually calling his ex-girlfriend after she obtained a restraining order against him. Andrew Scott Post, 29, of the 1900 block of Heather Drive in O’Fallon, was charged Monday with violating a protection order. St. Charles Police said Post repeatedly called the St. Charles woman at her place of employment March 16 after being notified of the protective order. Police reported that Post has three prior reports of violating the court’s protective order by contacting his ex-girlfriend. Post also faces a charge for violating the protection order against the same woman on Feb. 28. Bail for the March 16 charge was set at $30,000, cash only. Men Planned to Use Car Theft Proceeds to Fund California Trip, Police Say

The men were found hiding out in a vacant house in Sunnydale Mobile Home Park in St. Charles.

Three men were found in a vacant St. Charles home Sunday, hiding out after they stole items from cars in the Sunnydale Mobile Home Community, St. Charles Police said. Police said the three planned to leave for California three days later and were going to money from selling the stolen items to fund the trip. The three men were found in a home on the first block of Greendale Drive after a neighbor spotted them entering the mobile home. They are: Hamilton and Zamarripa both were charged with second-degree burglary and felony theft. Zamarripa also was charged with resisting arrest. Liszewski was charged with second-degree burglary and receiving stolen property. St. Charles Police said Zamarripa stole a wallet and credit card from a vehicle in…
