Volunteer for Rhythm and Ribs at SCC Rhythm & Ribs is a fun-filled evening of live music,mouth-watering food and dancing. The 4th annual event will be held on the St. Charles Community College campus in Cottleville on Friday May 10. Doors will open at 6 p.m. with the St. Charles West Jazz Ensemble and at 7 p.m., a new Rhythm Revue will feature SCC talent. Smash Band will return, live on the main stage at 8:30 p.m. Proceeds will support scholarships and academic enhancements at SCC. Ribs will be served by Ethyl’s Smokehouse, Mannino’s Market, Rib City and Stumpy’s Bar-B-Que. Gourmet nachos, veggie burgers and hot dogs will also be available.
