Teen Leads Police On High-Speed Chase Until Tire Falls Off on Highway K

STLtoday reports 17-year-old Arthur A. Sauer III, of Troy, is charged with three felonies.

A 17-year-old Troy man is charged with three felonies and three misdemenors after leading police on a high-speed chase down Highway 79 near O'Fallon on Monday, according to STLtoday.com.  The article states that police saw Arthur A. Sauer III, 17, Troy, driving 103 miles per-hour on southbound Highway 79 and when they attempted to pull him over he sped up to 112. STLtoday reports Sauer attempted to turn onto T.R.
