Eleven 65 is planning to open in mid-May at 1165 Technology Dr.
Eleven 65, a new upscale restaurant that will likely open in May, is now hiring. The restaurant's owner, David Sparks, said they have already hired a head chef and bar manager. The restaurant's management is now interviewing for prep and line cooks, sous chefs, servers and bussers. Anyone interested in applying should email a resume to haldsparks@gmail.com. Sparks said he hopes to fully staff the restaurant in roughly two weeks. Eleven 65 will open in the now-vacant building formerly home to J.
