Police: O'Fallon Man Attacked Wife and Sister, Set Dog on Brother-In-Law

The dog bit the man's brother-in-law after being told to "Get him," police said.

An O’Fallon man faces criminal charges for hitting his wife and sister and ordering his dog to attack his brother-in-law Sunday. Joshua R. Hackmann, 19, of the first block of Meramec Shores Court in O’Fallon, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree assault and one count of third-degree assault. O’Fallon Police said Hackmann was arguing with his wife and pushed her to the floor and began choking her. His wife told police she had knee pain during the struggle. Police said Hackmann’s sister tried to break up the struggle, and Hackmann put her in a headlock. St. Charles County prosecutors said he also struck his sister in the face. O'Fallon Man Charged With Choking Ex-Girlfriend

The woman told O'Fallon Police she started to pass out as he choked her Wednesday.

An O’Fallon man faces a criminal charge for choking his ex-girlfriend Wednesday at his home in the 8100 block of O’Fallon Lakes Drive. Jamal Rhodes, 25, of the 8100 block of O’Fallon Lakes Drive in O’Fallon, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault. O’Fallon Police said Rhodes and his ex-girlfriend were arguing when he began choking her. The woman told police that Rhodes choked her hard and long enough that she began to black out. Police said she had scratches on the right side of her neck and red marks on the front and left side of her neck. Bail was set at $20,000 for Rhodes. O'Fallon Man Choked Pregnant Wife, Police Say

After choking his wife, police say Roger Worley II left the house, returned a short time later to retrieve a rifle and left again.

An O’Fallon man faces criminal charges after police said he struck and choked his pregnant wife. Roger Worley II, of the first block of Concord Trail Drive in O’Fallon, was charged Sunday with second-degree domestic assault. O’Fallon Police said Worley and his wife argued in their bedroom Sunday and his spouse left the room. Police said Worley became enraged and began kicking and damaging the bedroom doors. He then followed his wife and continued arguing, punching her in the leg according to a police report. He left the room and continued damaging the house, returned and began to choke the woman, who is seven weeks pregnant, police said in the report. The victim told police she doesn’t remember what happened next, but Worley left the house…
