O'Fallon City Administrator Keith Riesberg Fired
Assistant City Administrator Lenore Toser-Aldaz will be acting City Administrator until this issue is resolved.
O'Fallon City Administrator Keith Riesberg was terminated from his position on Thursday. The O’Fallon City Council voted Thursday, Jan. 10 to relieve Riesberg of his duties effective immediately, according to a news release. Keith Riesberg began as O'Fallon city administrator in January 2010. He previously served as city manager for Sedalia, Missouri, since 2005. Assistant City Administrator Lenore Toser-Aldaz will act as City Administrator until the issue is resolved. According to a news release, the city has no further comment on the matter as it is a personnel issue.

The wool has been pulled over the city councils eyes by the department heads for a while now. Example... non-working Formen come into work with their crews on over time pay and Dont work. They eat lunch and hang out at the shop. Thats a waste of manpower and spending. Employees in O'Fallon need a councilman or woman to come down and talk the guys on the Streets.
