Over the years, I've been a teacher, freelance writer and reporter, magazine editor and events planner. My husband Glenn and I have lived in the Josephville area, just north of Lake Saint Louis, for fourteen years. We have two children still at home and a married daughter who lives in San Francisco. Ridgepointe Villa Residents. Come to the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on April 5th at 7:00 pm. The meeting is at city hall. and it's important your voice be heard. The Kemp Homes Company is petitoning the city to allow them to build single-family homes in between our villas. We were sold an adult villa lifestye, we bought a villa lifestyle, and we want to keep a adult villa lifestyle. Come, let your voices be heard. We deserve better.
