CVS Asking for P&Z Approval for Second O'Fallon Store
The old Shell Station and the Goodwill store at the corner of Hwy. K and Veterans Memorial Parkway would be demolished to make way for the new CVS store.
O'Fallon's Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a request Thursday night for a second O'Fallon CVS Pharmacy at the corner of Highway K and Veterans Memorial Parkway.
The former Shell station currently located at the site would be demolished, as would the Goodwill store to the south.
Goodwill has already made plans for a new location on Highway K, just south of Fazoli’s.
The CVS site would be accessed via an existing full access curb cut on Highway K. Additionally, it would have a right in/right out access on Veterans Memorial Parkway and cross access with Lion’s Choice.
CVS and Lions Choice would work on a shared parking agreement to accommodate the parking spaces lost by the cross access connection.
