O'Fallon Brewery Debuts New Beers at Mike's Grill & Tap

Locally-brewed craft beers are served up at O'Fallon's newest pub, Mike's Grill and Tap.

It may be a little early to be thinking of crisp fall weather and pumpkin-flavored anything, but O'Fallon Brewery got a jump on the season when it debuted its pumpkin beer last Wednesday at Mike's Grill and Tap.

Mike's Grill and Tap owner Mike Holtrup told Patch that the release party on July 31 went well, with three kegs of the pumpkin beer served to thirsty patrons.

The pumpkin beer is just one of the local brewery's craft beers on tap at Mike's, and is just one of the brewery's seasonal beers, which include Kite Tail Summer Ale, O’Fallon Cherry Chocolate and Cocoa Latte Stout.

O’Fallon Brewery also recently launched a 10-Day IPA (India Pale Ale), the craft brewer’s first Imperial IPA, which the brewery describes as "a big, bold Imperial IPA brewed with a ridiculous amount of hops."

O'Fallon Patch stopped by Mike's last week and got an impromptu lesson on the correct way to pour a draft beer—check out the video!
